Electrical design for building services, HOAI work stages 1–9

I design low-voltage systems, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and communication systems (DIN 276 cost groups 440/450) to DIN VDE 0100, DIN 18015 and TAB. From basic evaluation to post-completion services. Using AutoCAD, Revit and DIALux.

I review design documents, support tendering and contract award, and keep cost, schedule and quality in view. As client representative at Helmholtz Zentrum München, I coordinated and supervised the construction projects on the Munich campus. I know what matters.

Site supervision and acceptance (HOAI stage 8)
Execution has to match the design. Defects should be found before the system goes into operation.
I supervise the electrical installation on site and support testing and acceptance to DIN VDE 0100-600. As an electrician, I know exactly where to look.

Fault analysis & troubleshooting
When a system goes down, every minute counts. A fault keeps coming back, and nobody can pin it down.
I analyse electrical and automation systems systematically, from the grid connection to the field device. My experience in installation and design helps me narrow down the root cause quickly.
The result: the root cause, a fix and a report that also highlights future weak points.
Technical consulting & reports
You need to choose between options or need a solid basis for an investment. I assess electrical, energy and automation systems independently and summarise the results in technical reports. Precise, and clear even for non-engineers.
Training & knowledge transfer
Your team needs to master new technology and standards with confidence. As a lecturer, I teach complex content in a practical, accessible way. Your team gains knowledge it can apply immediately.
